Location was a real highlight-just a hop away from the Colosseum! Room was huge and comfy, but boy, the noise from the street had me up before dawn. They were keepin' it lively with big ol' trucks, bless your heart. Coffee in the mornin' hit the spot, though! I reckon I'd come back for the location alone.

We had a twin room with nice bed and free wireless internet access, a hair dryer, and a safe box. A walk-in shower in the bathroom was a plus.

Super close to the Colosseum! The spacious room was cozy and had a nice coffee machine. Just a bit noisy from the street, but the charm of the place made it worth it.

The owner was very accommodating and professional.
The breakfast options were quite limited, lacking variety, and the self-service aspect was frustrating. I noticed mildew spots in the shower tiles, disappointing given the high expectations I had for cleanliness in a hotel.

No reason to complain, the venue met standards. Everything was ideal, this hotel had attentive staff and incredible location. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The room was nicely decorated, new-fashioned and in touch with ilana. The service was very good, including a perfect check-in. The restaurant was good for dinner, loved it.

The staff couldnt be more helpful. Location was fantastic, literally down the street from the colosseum and forum. Rooms were spacious and very nicely decorated. Bathroom was nice and big. Close to lots of nice, cheap places to eat
Sound proofing between rooms was not very good. Could hear the next door throwing up and snoring

The location (450 m from Colosseum) was perfect! The hotel is located in a quiet street. Not touristic at all. Very friendly staff. A small cafe and various cheap restaurants round the corner. Very large, high and light airconditioned room, two large windows. Furniture modern design mixed with antique details. LCD TV. Transfer to and from the airport can be arranged by hotel staff. Bathroom nice, modern and clean. Great!

The breakfast coffee was good and they offered some nice self-serve bites. Exploring local eateries like Bistrot L'Attico and Da Domenico nearby was a treat! The location is perfect for wandering to the Colosseum.

That it is in a very still area with almost any traffic at all.

Clean and comfortable
Service less than unavailable! They were there to check me in, told me I was all checked out for the next morning (I only stayed one night) and left, never to return. I was the only one staying there, so I was alone in this building in the middle of rome for the night. They didn't even give me a phone number to call them if I needed to! I felt very unsafe and insecure at this hotel.

Would be happy to recommend for strolling around
Spacious room, convenient location, comfortable bed, with easy access to explore the city just a 10-minute walk from iconic landmarks and essential amenities like a tv and excellent Wi-Fi to stay connected.
Can't fault anything about it.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful (especially Rolando - can't say enough good things about him!) Location was great to get to the Colosseum. Rooms were also very large and affordable. This is more of an apartment than a hotel or b&B.
This is not a luxury hotel - or anything close to it - it is more a no frills apartment. While we were ok with that, I think future guests should know that the bed was not comfortable, the rooms were loud and the shower actually hurt (at least in our room). The room could have also been cleaner. The first night was great; however, the cleaning staff did not replace our dirty towels we had left on the floor to exchange for clean ones for the second night. When we were leaving, we did see cockroaches around the dirty towels.
